COVID-19 Safety Measures

Our operations continue to remain 100% effective as they have throughout the pandemic.

In response to current government advice, our office based employees will be working remotely until further notice. All telephone calls to the main number will be answered as normal, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.

JCE employees in critical manufacturing roles will continue to work on site following strict social distancing measures and increased hygiene standards.

To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, the following restrictions will continue until further notice:

• All visits to customer sites are discouraged unless it is for essential work, and video calls will be utilised as an alternative form of communication.
• Customers / visitors are advised not to visit our premises unless it is absolutely necessary. Authorised visitors are required to complete a COVID-19 symptoms questionnaire in advance of their appointment. Upon arrival they need to adhere to the same precautions as all staff members, including measuring their temperature, using hand sanitiser and following social distancing guidelines. We will also supply face masks to be worn in corridors, stairwells and communal areas.

We are making every effort to prevent any disruption to business and our number one priority, as always, is to ensure the safety of our customers, suppliers and employees.
