Jim Craig
Chairman
With a lifelong dedication to the firm, Jim is responsible for the strategic direction as well as overall growth and prosperity of JCE. He has 60 years of electrical engineering experience with an accent in the explosion proof world, second to none.
Outside of work you will be sure to find him indulging in a wide variety of social activities and particularly his charitable contribution as Chairman of the Grampian MS Therapy Centre.
Alison Cox
Managing Director
Alongside managing the day-to-day activities, Alison strives to ensure the financial security of the business and all the employees are taken care of. Having invested over 40 years with the company, Alison has a wealth of experience when it comes to JCE.
Martin Craig
Managing Director
In addition to the daily running of the business, Martin is an operations specialist, ensuring critical manufacture and supply of industry equipment is delivered on time and on budget.
Andy Sawyer
Operations Director (Europe)
Andy oversees the general operations of JCE Europe and distribution of products globally. His engineering background has driven him into the sales and development side of the business.
Neil Forster
Production Director (Europe)
Neil primarily deals with all things design, ensuring the development and manufacturing of products/components are of the highest quality and to the exact specification of the clients.
Euan Cox
Business Development & Project Manager (Aberdeen)
With 15 years at JCE, Euan has built a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of the business. Combining experience in engineering, project delivery, and client engagement, he works closely with customers to develop tailored solutions while supporting projects from concept through to completion.
Cameron Cox
Sales Manager (Aberdeen)
With nearly two decades at JCE, Cameron has developed extensive knowledge of the company’s products, customers, and markets. He leads JCE’s sales activities across key sectors, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that provide long-term value, reliability, and performance.
Nathan Miller
Works Manager (Europe)
With nearly two decades at JCE Europe, Nathan has extensive experience in manufacturing and production operations. He is responsible for overseeing workshop activities, ensuring products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His focus on continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence helps ensure customer requirements are consistently delivered on time and within budget.
Marco Gheza
General Manager, JCE Energy (Aberdeen)
With almost a decade at JCE and 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Marco leads the JCE Energy division, helping industrial clients adopt smarter, innovative and more sustainable energy solutions. Specialising in off-grid hybrid systems that combine solar, wind, battery, and fuel cell technologies, he works across international markets to drive innovation and support the transition to renewable energy.
