Fire Damper

The JCE CFD-01 Fire and Smoke Damper is designed for critical ventilation systems in onshore and heavy industrial environments. It prevents the spread of fire and smoke between compartments and is suitable for installation in walls, floors, steel bulkheads, decks, or directly onto ductwork.

Built for performance, the CFD-01 is independently certified to global standards including EN 1366-2, BS 476, GOST, and NORSOK. It offers protection up to E120S fire ratings and is compliant with ATEX, SIL2, and ISO 9001:2015. The damper is pressure, noise, seismic, and blast tested for assurance in demanding conditions.

Constructed from robust materials including galvanised steel or stainless steel, the unit features a patented blade design with aerofoil sections that deliver low leakage and high integrity. Operation is fail-safe and can be controlled manually or via pneumatic, electric, or electro-hydraulic actuators.

The CFD-01 is available in a wide range of sizes and can be installed in any orientation. Accessories and controls for both safe and hazardous areas are available on request.
