We can custom build distribution boards to suit specific requirements that can range up to 60 Ways.
All incomer and outgoing circuits (isolators, MCCBs, MCBs, motor starters etc.) can be equipped with a facility for padlocking in the open (OFF) position. This would be operable from outside the enclosures to guarantee the safety of the personnel and equipment.
Amperages range from 6 Amp to 300 Amp. Bespoke systems can also be 2000 Amp or above.
Distribution systems can be equipped with DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, HMI and PLC.
The distribution panels can be manufactured to be installed either as a wall mounted solution or stand alone.
Certification available for the electrical distribution systems are CE and UKCA marking.
Incoming / Outgoing Supply Voltage: from 12-24Vdc (regulated) up to 230-400Vac
Material: our Power Distribution Systems can be mild steel, stainless steel or GRP for increased protection against corrosion in hostile environments. All enclosures can be coated to meet clients unique specifications.
