The JCE Intrinsically Safe (IS) range offers high performance smoke and heat detection solutions engineered for use in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapours, or dust may be present. Designed to ensure reliable fire detection without risk of ignition, the range is ideally suited for industries such as petrochemical processing, offshore platforms, and other high risk installations.

The series includes optical smoke detectors, multisensory smoke detectors, and a full suite of heat detectors (including both fixed temperature and rate-of-rise models), all built to comply with international standards such as EN54, ATEX, and IECEx. Each device is housed in a durable, dust resistant enclosure and is equipped with intelligent algorithms that enhance sensitivity while minimising false alarms.
