This subsea lighting system has been developed to provide illumination of a dive umbilical from the diver end. It may be used as a stand-alone unit, but more commonly operates in addition to umbilical illumination from the diving bell.
The compact design allows the unit to be attached directly to the umbilical, ensuring the diver is not encumbered with additional equipment.
The system is suitable for use in both saturation diving and surface air diving applications.
