Stainless Steel Ex d Enclosure Partnership

For over 30 years JCE has manufactured LM25 cast aluminium ATEX enclosures for hazardous areas. In 2015, JCE (Europe) Ltd signed an agreement with Bartec Technor to operate as UK assembly partners for Technor stainless steel Ex d enclosures under Bartec’s certification.

By utilising Bartec’s high grade stainless steel hazardous area enclosures and JCE’s own range of Ex d actuators and pushbuttons, we are able to offer a bespoke approach to any of your control panel requirements.

The partnership has gone from strength to strength, and we recently produced 9 x fully certified hydraulic power pack panels in 4 weeks, which is a service unrivaled in the current marketplace. These enclosures were delivered to the end user in Malaysia for the purpose of controlling hydraulic driven oil skimmers.

This collaboration has also allowed Technor to offer a UK based FAT to their clients, because JCE serves as an in house engineering support and hazardous area specialist. As a result, OEMs or end users can deliver a market leading solution without the overhead cost.
